Some investor friends and I have been talking about getting a group together of "like minded folk" to talk about real estate investing, share ideas, educate where possible, share contacts, and ideally TAKE ACTION (A two minds are better than one belief). We love Barrie and the surrounding areas and know there is a lot of potential to do bigger and better things. Sometimes we just need a little encouragement, partners, or, vision. Soo.... why not start a group to accomplish just that, the "Central Ontario Real Estate Investment Association"
Our first gathering is at Barrie's new Lonestar Restaurant (in the Park Place, corner of Mapleview and Bayview) on
Tuesday, November 6th at 7 PM on the bar side of the restaurant. This is your personal invitation to join us.
Expect to catch up with some investor friends, meet some new ones, and share your small to lofty goals/ideas that you can use some support with.
Feel free to bring other investor friends, deals that you are looking for input on or maybe partners and of course your ideas.
We intend to start simple and build structure as we go.
