Colette and Hailey are responsible for spotting trends, building relationships and creating engaging content on behalf of Chemistry Public Relation’s clients. Their roles also include crafting social media campaigns, producing memorable events and securing print, online and broadcast stories for clients through day-to-day media relations.
“Both Colette and Hailey bring fun and fresh perspectives to our client programs,” said Audrey Doherty, principal of Chemistry Public Relations. “Colette’s food and lifestyle experience and Hailey’s background in journalism make them a smart and sophisticated new duo on the team.”
Prior to Chemistry Public Relations, Colette served as the publicist for an extensive list of hospitality and lifestyle clientele, with her focus being San Diego’s expanding culinary scene. Under her management, clients have built their brands and patronage through local, regional and national exposure. Colette is also a contributing writer for San Diego Metro Magazine and North Park News. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
Hailey most recently worked as a reporter at U-T San Diego where she developed relationships with leaders and newsmakers in North San Diego County. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Texas in Denton. She supplemented her academic endeavors with real-world experience at the university’s daily newspaper and several internships in both newspapers and public relations.
