(Team Tech) now offers a 2” and 1-1/4” receiver style adjustable mount that will help riders’ position their TigerTail Tow system in the best orientation for their ATV or UTV. “Customizing an individual’s ATV with accessories is a balancing act of functionality, clearance and real estate.” Kevin McGinnis, Project Director of Team Tech stated. “The adjustable mount provides multiple configurations to either raise, lower, or offset the TigerTail for the machine without sacrificing any performance in extreme conditions.”
Team Tech’s release of the adjustable mount builds on the success of their TigerTail Tow system. The patented recovery system is ATV and UTV specific, and provides a safe, quick, and self storing system used for extraction, towing and anchoring. The 2” and 1-1/4” Adjustable mount offers eight orientations with two lateral off-sets in each for the TigerTail to accommodate other accessories or the machine’s standard equipment. When asked what initiated the project, Kevin responded "The expected life of the TigerTail is beyond most normal recovery systems, so with customers upgrading their ATVs they frequently had to replace or trade in their mounts. So we figured we should provide a mount that accommodated different machines, and these adjustable mounts can work in virtually any receiver.”
