Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center proudly announced on Friday, October 5, 2012, Lynne Woodall as their new Controller.
Mrs. Woodall has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as the Comptroller of the Boys’ Home Association for 23 years. As part of the senior management team, she will be responsible for all financial matters at the Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center. Mrs. Woodall has been serving as “Acting Controller” during the past three months.
“We are indeed fortunate to have such an experienced and knowledgeable person directing our financial affairs,” stated Bill McQuilkin, Executive Director.
For the past 63 years, the Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center has provided professional compassionate audiology and speech/language services to literally thousands of children and adults in our community. Today, the Center continues to provide these services to approximately 4,000 children, adults and seniors annually.
The Center is supported by United Way of Northeast Florida, the City of Jacksonville, Jessie Ball duPont Fund, and public and private donations.
