Residents Claim Maryland Apartment Complex Plagued by Mold and Raw Sewage

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 8, 2012 - Last month, the Baltimore Sun published a story about residents’ complaints of living conditions at Perrywood Garden Apartments.  The apartments, located in Perryman, Maryland, provide low-income living accommodations at the 184 unit complex.

According to the article, residents have complained about flooding, leaking sewage, bats, mold, an unsanitary pool, and other health concerns.  The complex was purchased by new owners last March and currently has a new management team.  Representatives from the management company were present last month for a meeting with the Bush River Community Council to discuss the residents’ concerns.
