The event features presentations from Jonathan Kraftchick, Cherry, Bekaert & Holland CPA and senior manager of training and development, William Oden, J.D., Ward and Smith attorney, Lindsey Surratt, J.D., HCW compliance officer and Todd Yates, HCW managing partner.

The presentation will offer company human resources leaders a comprehensive perspective on multiple areas of the law that impact their businesses. It will explore benefits, tax and employment law changes amassed under the current administration and the lasting impact they will have on businesses of all sizes spanning all industries.
