Oct. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Accounting World CPA & Consulting, PLC owner, Joy Partridge, has both founded and funded the inaugural season of Scottsdale's new Philharmonic orchestra. Support for the future of the Scottsdale Philharmonic will be crucial to its longevity. While Accounting World CPA & Consulting, PLC (http://accountingworldcpas.com) is the title sponsor for this the inaugural season, Partridge hopes to attract corporate sponsors to help offset the estimated $100,000 needed to keep the new symphony going. Private donations are also sought.

Partridge teamed with professional violinist Carl Reiter (Arizona Pro Arte Ensemble) to find the orchestra's conductor and membership. Auditions have landed nearly 80 musicians to fill the orchestra's chairs and fill Scottsdale's air with classical music.

The Scottsdale Philharmonic opens its season on October 28 at the Center for the Performing Arts with Dr. Martin Province (former ASU director of bands) conducting.
