Hope it will help you, about Kindle Paper White : This is the 3rd Kindle I buy for personal use. Kindle keyboard was great and then I upgraded to Kindle touch. Kindle Touch wasn't so great, the touch wasn't that good and the screen looked worse than the Keyboard version.

Kindle Paperwhite is what Kindle Touch should have been. Very light, the touch feels great and the screen is not 2 mm into the device, but it's slightly embedded, it just feels right in every way. The resolution and contrast, when compared side by side with the Kindle Keyboard, is a whole lot better, just as advertised. The new capacitive touch is great, it doesn't accidentally page turn or do weird things when it falls on something (like when you fall asleep reading). The magnetic on and off was a great idea, not original, but great idea to implement.

I haven't had enough time to try the battery life, but I'll take it's just as advertised. The rubberized back has a great feel to it.

The only things I don't like about it is that the audio option is gone, along with the read-to-me option (but I really didn't use them much) and that screen rotation like the kindle keyboard is still not possible (but landscape view for PDFs is).

I'd also like to see an option for blocking the touchscreen while reading, so I could actually grab it in part by the screen when reading. Overall, great product. I'm happy I bought it.
