HERMOSA BEACH, CA --- OCTOBER 2, 2012 --- Local South Bay residents, Jim Nielsen, Monaka Wallis and Jen Hoscheid launch Jimmy’s Sticky Jerky in the South Bay and can be found at the Torrance Farmer’s Market every Tuesday from 8am-1pm. Made with the highest quality beef, freshest ingredients and a secret “sticky” formula, Jimmy’s Sticky Jerky is like nothing else in the marketplace. Every piece of beef is personally selected by the Owner, President and Chef, Jimmy, and trimmed by hand and cut in a specific way to ensure tenderness in each bite. The special marinade and fresh flavors penetrate deep into the beef as the long process begins and is personally curated for several days. Jimmy’s Sticky Jerky currently comes in two flavors, with additional flavors in R&D: “Sticky Heat” Beef Jerky: Jimmy’ “Sticky Sweet” Beef Jerky: Some folks don't like Spicy or Hot things, so they created Sticky Sweet Jerky.
