HERMOSA BEACH, CA --- OCTOBER 2, 2012 --- Local South Bay residents, Jim Nielsen, Monaka Wallis and Jen Hoscheid launch Jimmy’s Sticky Jerky in the South Bay and can be found at the Torrance Farmer’s Market every Tuesday from 8am-1pm.
Made with the highest quality beef, freshest ingredients and a secret “sticky” formula, Jimmy’s Sticky Jerky is like nothing else in the marketplace. Every piece of beef is personally selected by the Owner, President and Chef, Jimmy, and trimmed by hand and cut in a specific way to ensure tenderness in each bite. The special marinade and fresh flavors penetrate deep into the beef as the long process begins and is personally curated for several days.
Jimmy’s Sticky Jerky currently comes in two flavors, with additional flavors in R&D:
“Sticky Heat” Beef Jerky: Jimmy’
“Sticky Sweet” Beef Jerky: Some folks don't like Spicy or Hot things, so they created Sticky Sweet Jerky. This Jerky is sweet with hints of ginger and smoke.

Jimmy, Monaka and Jen have been best friends, Jimmy’s Sticky Beef Jerky lovers and South Bay residents for over 10 years. Jimmy spent many years running businesses in California, but his early days were spent on a farm in Michigan, where his passion for beef began and his taste for jerky became insatiable. He has always wanted everyone to taste what beef jerky can really be at its’ full potential. Enter Monaka and Jen, whose business savvy and sales skills will help Jimmy realize his dream of feeding the world the best beef jerky that has ever crossed their lips.
