Extra Extra- T- Shirt Competition for Lung Cancer in Need of designers!

Oct. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Fashion Emerge and Mae’s Breath Foundation
are joining together in educating the cause and effect of lung cancer. The 1-year anniversary of MB Foundation and the collaboration of Fashion Emerge will showcase designer’s interpretations of lung cancer represented on a T-Shirt with a fashion flair.

Lung cancer is a debilitating disease and life threatening disease that takes many lives.  It’s unfortunate that with this particular disease gets very little effective awareness to its seriousness. Lung cancer also has a huge stigma attached that assumes if one smoked then the cards were in their hand….. Mae’s Breath Foundation is pushing to break this stigma, as to breathe should not be discriminatory, considering non-smokers affected by lung cancer is rising.

We’re seeking creativity that will promote and provide encouragement in hope in bringing awareness to lung cancer. This mini fashion showcase will take place in New York City, March 2013.

Theme-

Seeking hope and strength designs to represent those who face lung cancer.

Designs should be creative yet focus on theme of hope and endurance.

Eligibility-

Seeking new or seasoned designers who would like to use their talents to give back for this worthy cause.

As part of giving back to this worthy cause, we will promote the designers on Fashion emerge website and blog, as well as local press to cover the event.
