Internal Bleeding and Fit For An Autopsy to Headline Live Free Or Get Hurt Fest 1.5

Oct. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Nashua, NH - New York death metal legends INTERNAL BLEEDING and New Jersey's FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY have been announced as the new co-headliners for LIVE FREE OR GET HURT FEST 1.5, the all-day, all-ages metal festival to be held on October 20 in Nashua, New Hampshire. BUCKHUNTER, featuring Fit For An Autopsy singer Nate Johnson on vocals, have also been added to the jam-packed bill as a special attraction.

Internal Bleeding have been a fixture on the metal scene since 1991 when they emerged as innovators of the slam metal subgenre.  Despite their 20-year history, the band's appearance at Live Free or Get Hurt Fest 1.5 marks the very first time Internal Bleeding will play live for fans in New Hampshire.  

Co-headliners Fit For An Autopsy are currently on tour with THE ACACIA STRAIN.  Their brutal deathcore sound and punishing live performances have branded them as an up-and-coming death metal force to be reckoned with.  

Fit For An Autopsy's Nate Johnson will be pulling double-duty that night, fronting his other band Buckhunter for the Hurt Fest 1.5 audience. A metal supergroup comprised of members of a variety of local New England bands, Buckhunter assembles once a year to put on one of the heaviest, most memorable live shows today infused with a dark sense of humor.

Additional bands scheduled to perform include: CONFORZA, PATHOGENIC, SWARM OF EYES, FLOOD THIS EARTH, TEETH, RUMORS OF BETRAYAL, BLACK BEAR, ZOMBIE FIGHTER, THE ATLAS COLLAPSE, and WRETCHED ABOMINATION.

The event is sponsored by counterculture apparel designers HURT REYNOLDS CLOTHING COMPANY and liquor giant JAGERMEISTER.  Independent music retailer WICKED MUSIC and Manchester, NH tattoo parlor TATTOO ANGUS are also co-sponsoring the event.  Concert-goers will have the opportunity to visit booths, sample, or purchase merchandise from each of the sponsors, as well as from local vendors GOOD TIMES SMOKE SHOP and women's defense product line, DAMSELS IN DEFENSE.

Live Free Or Get Hurt Fest 1.5 will be held October 20 at The Junkyard (522 Amherst St.) in Nashua, NH.  Showtime is 3 P.M. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $12 from the bands or at the venue on the day of the show for $15.
