-Monitor the Compliance Calendar to ensure all clients scheduled for the following day have a fully completed contract. If there is no contract on file, contact the appropriate Affiliate to obtain that contract before the end of the day.
-Coordinate with the Compliance Manager and the Affiliates to reschedule any Compliance Calls that were incomplete or no shows.
-Send out Compliance Call Reports to all Affiliates on a daily basis to help track clients that have not yet completed their call.
-Call or send out daily reminders to clients that have an appointment scheduled on the Compliance Calendar.
-Assist following up with Affiliates on client issues including contracts, Compliance Calls, drafts, etc.
-Update clients on the Orientation Report and follow up with Affiliates to get clients scheduled on the Compliance Calendar.
-Update statistics on Affiliate total enrollments and Compliance Calls completed.
-Generate weekly reports to send to Affiliates.
-Verify client drafts in Debt Manager and GCS, and clearly relay the appropriate information to the Affiliates.
-Help maintain Affiliate and client relationships on a daily basis by taking care of their needs in a timely manner.
-Build and maintain relationships both inside and outside the company
-Create new potential Affiliate lists to expand our business.
-Assist with other duties as assigned.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Solid writing and content editing skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask in a fast paced and demanding environment
