Kellogg has a background in quality assurance and laboratory analysis and has performed and supervised all of the work performed by REPSG’s environmental technicians. She uses her knowledge of Federal and State sampling procedures to develop the firm’s quality control standard operating procedures and training programs. Kellogg earned a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Biology and Chemistry from Lycoming College.
