Renovations to the Mill Street location include completely new lobbies on both the first and second floors. Granite flooring and LED lighting replaced the old floors and lights. The ceiling height was raised in the lobbies and a ceiling design was added to enhance both areas. New metal railings with wood trim make getting to and from each lobby via the main stairs both functional and attractive.
The building's restrooms have been completely renovated giving them a fresh, updated look and feel. While, behind-the-scenes, the HVAC rooftop units have been replaced, making the renovations both aesthetically pleasing and physically comfortable.
DynaCom didn't stop with the interior of the building. Over the last three years, the company has been re-paving the parking lot on a rotational schedule. This ensured the least amount of parking disruption for tenants but allowed the company to update the parking lot. Those parking renovations were also finished this year, resulting in a practically brand-new parking area.
