BCG is proud to announce that it was invited to, and spoke at, the Bangladesh Business Delegation Forum as an honored guest of the Chairman of US Bangladesh Partners, Aziz Ahmad.

Co-hosted by US Bangladesh partners and US Pan American Chamber of Commerce Northeast Region, The US Bangladesh Executive Leaders forum features a VIP business delegation as an entourage of Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh during her visit to New York for 67th session of UN General assembly.

The focus of the meeting was a discussion of foreign investment, trading and business opportunities in Bangladesh and USA. Bangladesh GDP growth rate over 7% with a population over 160 Million. Bangladesh is an untapped opportunity that is now an influx of foreign/domestic investors and global multinational companies.

This was a closed group invitation only event and area of business interest included: Power and Energy, solar and renewable energy, ready made Garments (RMG) and Knit composite, Electronic and print media, Banking, Capital Market, Insurance, Information technology and Telecommunications, Health, Education, Textile, Jute and Jute goods. The 20 plus high-level business delegation as entourage of Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina.
