Chicago's Soul Artist Jay Adams set to perform for WCIU's 'You & Me This Morning'

The event will take place Friday, October 5th, 2012 from 5:30p - 10p at The Narcissus Room on 111 N State in Chicago, Illinois. It will be in conjunction with the 23rd Annual Birthday Fundraiser for Carter
