No One Ever Deserves to Be Bullied Like News Anchor Livingston.

People are being bullied for all sorts of different situations. Livingston was bullied for her appearance, something no one should ever have to deal with.

PRLog - Oct. 4, 2012 - No one ever deserves to be bullied for any reason, period!  We are all human beings and we all deserve to be treated respectful for that reason alone.  It is never fair to judge another as we do not know what their life is like or the situations and experiences they have dealt with.

There is no denying that obesity is on the rise and our society suffers greatly because of it, but that gives us no right to bully another person because of what they look like on the outside.

As a mother or 2 young children I realize the importance of proper nutrition and encouraging/supporting a healthy lifestyle.  But, at no point should a child be taught that they are better then another because of physical features.  We are all beautiful and we need to learn to love our bodies and ourselves.  The more confidence we have the better we will feel, which produces the beginning of a healthy lifestyle.  There is no “perfect” body and we all need to embrace and love ourselves.

If you feel bullied at a gym or in a workout class, do not feel discouraged and quit.  There are many other options for you to look at see the same results.  Try a home workout, there will be no one there to judge you.  A great website for home workouts, with tutorials, is http://www.homemadebodies.com.  You deserve to have a great workout and feel good about it, without having to feel embarrassed or bullied.  Take control of your life, you are beautiful and do not let anyone tell you differently.
