Dr. Udo Erasmus, PhD Nutrition, is a well-known authority on the role of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fats in health and disease. His discoveries in the 1980’s led to an international best-selling supplement called Udo’s Oil, and a best-selling book entitled “Fats that Heal, Fats that Kill”. Studying the health effects of flax oil, not well-known at the time, Erasmus created a huge and growing global market for anti-inflammatory oils from flax and other seeds.
