Oct. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Crystal Healing is a form of healing which you can learn to practice through appreciation of the nature of a crystal and it’s innate ability to resonate with your energy field or that of your patient. The crystal in effect becomes your “healing buddy: You learn to work with the individual crystals and their unique characteristics for achieving the effect you desire in healing yourself or another.

This two-day workshop is designed for the those with an interest in healing  with crystals. If you are attracted to or collect crystals, but are not sure how they can help you to heal yourself and others this course is for you. You will learn simple techniques to help in your understanding and practice of working with crystals for healing. The workshop leader, Kristin Reed is a Reiki Master trained by the International Center for Reiki Training and is a certified Crystal Healing Practitioner by Infinite Light Healing Studies Center in Sedona, AZ. She has also studied with Robert Simmons and Mika Nelson.

In the Pt. I class you will learn:

• An explanation of how crystals lend themselves to be healing helpers.

• Some basic theory on crystal healing work.

• The basic chakra system and how crystals can work to balance it.

• How crystals can enhance, facilitate, deepen and assist in meditation.

• How to charge crystals with healing intention.

• How to select crystals and make a basic chakra balancing crystal kit.

• How to use a crystal pendulum to connect to the higher self for answers.

In the Pt. II class you will learn:

• How to set up a crystal grid for continuous healing of yourself and others.

• How to clear and protect space with crystals

• How to work with crystals to heal the earth.

• How to work with crystals in meditation

• How to work with several crystal body layouts.

• How to design your own crystal layouts for healing.

• How to identify the many forms of Quartz crystals by their features,
textures, color and configurations and how they can assist us with our
healing intentions.

• How to make a crystal elixir and how elixirs work.

This workshop features hands on experience with simple instructions and support so that you can leave the class knowing how to practice with crystals on your own. Hand-outs are provided with each class covering all class material so you won’t need to spend time taking notes. We will make healing stones available for your use during the class which you can purchase afterward, should you be interested.
