A full-time intellectual property litigator, Biller represents clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation in trial and appellate courts throughout the country. Biller also advises and assists clients with managing their intellectual property assets as well as brand and content management, licensing and other IPR contracts, and trade secret issues.
Kalish has extensive experience in various aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, as well as management of patent-related matters. He offers expertise to his clients in patent preparation and prosecution, primarily in mechanical, electromechanical and computer-related arts, in addition to non-infringement, invalidity and freedom-to-practice opinions.
