The historic restaurant and function venue in Connor Downs, near Hayle, is up against three other Cornish wedding venues. The selection process began with online voting by the public and was honed down with careful assessment by a panel of judges.
The winner will be announced on 11 October 2012 at the awards ceremony and the Director of Rosewarne Manor, Cyril Eustice, is hoping for a great result.
“While competition is stiff, I know that Rosewarne stands alone in offering such extensive wedding menus. Uniquely, we do not have set menus. Instead, we allow wedding couples to create a menu, with a choice of four dishes per course for the guests as standard, and can serve any dish that the couple would like. In addition, our chefs make almost everything on site, even down to the ice cream. Couples can ensure that their guests have a meal that they really love. It seems that this combined with the service from our friendly team is really appreciated.”
This year Rosewarne has had the largest number of weddings in its history. The venue hosts all size of weddings, including in marquees, and is popular with those wanting exclusive use in order to enjoy a private party. A luxurious new bridal suite completes the offering.
More than 200 businesses entered the Cornish Brides Awards 2013 and over 5000 online votes were cast.
