HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is an internationally recognized, systematic approach to assuring safety in the food supply.   The process identifies potential hazards and defines measurements to reduce these hazards.  ALCOHOL HACCP-The Solution for the Responsible Service and Sales of Alcohol is the first guide for apply these principles to the service and sale of alcoholic beverages.  It is published by Instruis Publishing Company (www.instruis.com).
