Blast equipment will include a premier quality Euroblast cabinet with a micro tipped Pencil Blaster – ideal for localised aerospace MRO on turbine blades. Seven sizes of Euroblast cabinets are available and cabinet variations include sit-down and variable height options and cabinets up to two metre square for larger components.
There will also be an example of a robot blast system, demonstrating the principles of robotically controlled blasting. With this display Guyson will convey the benefits that robotic blasting can bring to precision engineering applications such as turbine blade grit blasting and shot peening, for OEM’s and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) companies.
Guyson’s Kerry ultrasonic equipment will include the Kerry UCR 450 aqueous ultrasonic clean and rinse system providing a heated ultrasonic cleaning tank, an immersion rinse tank weiring to drain, and a hand held spray for final rinse. The standard UCR cleaning system is available with a maximum tank capacity of 117 litres, all constructed of 316L polished stainless steel for durability; larger versions can be built to order. Also shown will be a selection of sizes of Kerry ultrasonic baths; all capable of precision cleaning.
Also showing will be an Orbit 600 rotary basket washer. These fast and effective cleaning and degreasing machines are often specified as the perfect cost effective solution for localised production machining cells and during service overhauls of aircraft components.
