Wine is a food that brews over the summer months and whose vintage, depends on the type of grapes, weather conditions and the production area which coincide with this wonderful season. So what better than a good wine for a true taste of the Fall?

When we are selecting wine to accompany dishes of fish, Galicia provides accurate and prestigious wines, however we would like to emphasize on wines such as Murviedro Blanco y el Daniel Belda Crianza Chardonnay, both from the D.O. Valencia region.
Finally, soups, accompanied by a selection of seasonal vegetables claim the young reds with a comforting tone or with a very short wood aroma to maintain and exalt the fruity flavor in contrast to these dishes taste irrefutable. Stews, meat with larger presence allows us to venture into a territory of more consistency. This suggest exploring the possibilities of wines coming from the Toro and Priorat regions of Spain.
