Total Woman Hosts Free Breast Cancer Awareness Party

Oct. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Total Woman Gym & Day Spa, located in the Mission Valley, will offer a citywide free-for-all Pink Anniversary Party from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, at 5448 Mission Center Road, San Diego, CA 92108.

The Pink Anniversary Party celebrates the 47th year that Total Woman has been in business in Southern California, while drawing attention to the fight against breast cancer. Admission is free to everyone. Donations will be accepted for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, and Total Woman is matching the donations made by members and guests.
Party festivities will include Zumba, Barre Vite, Cycle, Body Blast, and Hatha Yoga classes. An entire staff of Personal Trainers will be available for free Pilates Reformer, TRX, and one-one-one strength training services. Participants should dress to exercise. Additionally, bra fittings will be offered, music will be provided by a DJ, and refreshments will be served. Information about breast cancer screenings, warning signs, and early detection will be available.

“This event allows women throughout San Diego to join together in the fight breast cancer,” Total Woman’s General Manager Rebecca Miller said. “It also gives the public an opportunity to see what Total Woman is all about.” Special rates for membership, Personal Training, and spa services will be available at the event.
