Candidate forum for San Diego Unified School District on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012 at Central Elementary, 4063 Polk Avenue, hosted by UPforEd and League of Women Voters of San Diego.

PRLog - Oct. 3, 2012 - SAN DIEGO -- WHAT: UPforEd  and the League of Women Voters of San Diego are hosting a San Diego  Unified School District board of education candidate forum. San Diego Unified  School District board debate featuring candidates* John Lee Evans, Bill Ponder and Mark   Powell vying for election to three seats on November 6.

UPforEd believes every child deserves a high quality education. Our mission is to substantially increase all students' achievement within San Diego Unified School District by supporting children through a parent-led organization.

By uniting parent voices, we ensure that the needs of students are the priority in decision making. UPforEd encourages and supports the transformation of San Diego Unified into a world-class school district.
