First Time Ever! Unique Tele-Summit Helps Mompreneurs Work Smart, Not Hard!

October 3, 2012 (Norwalk/Brookfield, CT) –  Single-parent mompreneurs, Jennifer Covello and Suzen Pettit know what it’s like to struggle to grow a small business while balancing the demands of family. They’re all too familiar with the challenges of finding time to devote to “parenting” both children and a small business, especially in tough economic times.

These very challenges were the catalyst for these successful businesswomen to partner together and develop a program geared specifically for moms in business, called “Mom to Mompreneur Now!”. Their goal was to create and deliver a program that would offer meaningful and actionable content from experts who have walked the walk of being a successful small business owner, while also being a mother. Ensuring that the topics were not only timely but focused specifically to growing a small business in an ever-increasing online world was also a mandate for them.

In this unique tele-summit, Covello and Pettit will bring together experts in the online and offline worlds to help mompreneurs with marketing, social media, SEO, sales, and mastermind groups. Each one-hour segment will be an audio interview with the experts who will talk about their journey of business ownership, and valuable tips and tricks for moms to implement right away. There will be time at the end of each segment for Q&A.

Additionally, each speaker will present their products and services to attendees at a discount, making their offerings affordable for mompreneurs who are likely on a tight budget.

“We were thrilled that people like Jane Pollak, Kathy McShane, Karen Graves, Lena West, and more signed up to participate literally before we were able to provide them with the full details of the program. They were so excited to be a part of the event and all of them know that programs such as ours are critical to helping moms in business,” says Pettit, owner of Omaginarium.com.

Attendees can expect to learn how to
•   automate their social media so that they’re not a slave to it
•   increase their bottom line by participating in powerful Mastermind groups
•   be more productive on their cell phone and grow their business
•   create  multiple streams of income in unique ways
•   convert a prospect to a  paying customer
•   create a blog that makes money while they sleep
•   Avoid the mistakes we and other experts made and get their business on the right track TODAY!

The series will kick off on October 9, 2012 from 1:00 pm -2:00 EST. Both Pettit and Covello were  online for a  sneak peek into the topics for the series as well as insights into the lives of these busy mompreneurs and how they manage to balance their Mom hat with their Mompreneur hat on Oct. 2.  The first speaker event starts on October 9, 2012 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm and runs every Tuesday and Thursday through October 30, 2012. There is a $79 fee to participate.

The lineup includes:
Jane Pollak – The Soul Proprietor
Karen Graves – Your Sales Fix
Lena West – Influence Media
Aliza Sherman – Author of Mom, Inc
Kathy McShane – Ladies Who Launch Southwest CT

“It’s critical for moms to be know how  to use what little time they have in the best way possible in order to either jumpstart a business or take one to the next level. They do not have the luxury of wasting time on activities that are not going to propel their businesses forward,” says Covello, of parentingforpurpose.com.

“Having a strong online presence as part of a solid marketing strategy, is how businesses grow in today’s virtual economy. If your customers or clients can’t find you online, then your business does not exist,” says Pettit, whose company Omaginarium.com stands for ‘Online Marketing and Growth’. “Visibility and exposure is key to success, and it can be very overwhelming for business owners these days”
