Stacking pallets are steel pallets which have corner connections into which stacking posts can be inserted. Using different length corner posts allows the metal pallet to hold loads of different heights so that there is little wasted space in the stacked loads.
By using stacking pallets, product can be safely stacked three to five high without the possibility of damage to the products on the bottom. Such products as tires, fruit, rice in bulk bags, car engines, window glass, artificial Christmas trees and bagged marshmallows can all be stacked!
Unlike wooden pallets, steel stack racks last for many years without splitting, rotting or warping. Steel pallets can withstand greater impacts than wood pallets without breaking. Yet, like wood pallets, the stacking pallets can be easily moved within the warehouse or within a manufacturing plant.
