Greg Pieratt and David Howard, principals with Lee & Associates’ North San Diego County office represented the buyer, Precision One Ventures, Inc., in the transaction. The property was not listed. Greg Pieratt and David Howard sourced the property specifically for the buyer and successfully negotiated the transaction without the property going on the market.

There was nothing listed on the market close to our needs so he pursued other unlisted options. Greg worked hard with both parties to make a deal on this that made sense to both of us,” stated CEO John Tyszka.
“Precision One Ventures has nearly tripled the size of its manufacturing operation with this move and is excited to continue its strong growth,” Tsyzka concluded. Precision One Ventures will occupy approximately 70 percent. During the transaction a new tenant signed a lease for the balance of the property. “Through their efforts we were able to complete an important and complex transaction with minimal effort on our end. This allowed us to keep the balance of our focus on our business,” said Tyszka.
