ABI Releases New Adult Human Elutriated Lymphocytes

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 3, 2012 - ABI’s Adult Human Elutriated Lymphocytes are suitable for stimulation by mitogens, determination of biological activity of IL-2 by T-cell proliferation-based assays, and longterm culture of IL-2 stimulated T-lymphocytes for the primary isolation of HIV. This product is also useful in the immortalization of B-lymphocytes for infectivity assay with EBV, as well as co-cultivation with Human PBMC’s for the isolation of cell-associated HIV.
