SMEI Vietnam is contracted as a training partner of Vietnam Brewery Limited

Oct. 3, 2012 - PRLog -- SMEI Vietnam is absolutely thrilled to be onboard in this training project for a prestigious client who has built a strong brand over the past few years in Vietnam. Having worked with VBL’s training department, top management and employees during SMEI Vietnam’s “3-D process” for in-house training including Diagnosis, Design and Delivering, we feel honored to share our expertise with an organization that takes learning and development very seriously with many on-going training plans to continuously upgrade their executives and staff.
The first training program co-organized by VBL and SMEI Vietnam was called “Advanced skills in business analysis and consultancy”, catered to VBL’s Distributor Development Team, equipping distributor development supervisors essential know-hows in building relationship and consulting distributors, and outlets of VBL to carry out strategic business plans. VBL’s trainees have brought into the classroom professionalism, energy and enthusiasm that made the 2-day training a positive experience for both parties.
SMEI Vietnam and VBL’s training department then closely collaborated to develop the training content for “Managing for sales performance”, an advanced sales management training course, targeted sales supervisors in four different regions, and covering sales leadership, sales report analysis, cost management, and methods for performance management. Run 1 and run 2 have been delivered successfully. SMEI Vietnam’s learner-oriented approach and quality assurance procedures are making sure the training effectiveness remains consistent for all regions. We appreciate the timely feedbacks and suggestions from VBL, which helped keep our trainers on track and offer the most benefits possible for participants.
Overall, the VBL in-house training project has been absolutely fun to work on. We look forward to meeting new batch of trainees and sharing more memorable experiences.
