25th Anniversary Celebration of Eve J Alfille Gallery & Studio

Oct. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Eve J Alfille Gallry & Studio will celebrate 25 years in business on Saturday, October 20th, 2012 from 12pm to 6pm.

The renowned Evanston gallery and studio are having a party, co-hosted by Chicago Magazine, with live musical performances by students and faculty of Music Institute of Chicago, as well as whimsical drinks and sweet treats from Donna Goodman Potent Potables. Eve is working on new versions of her awesome past works for her new “Deja Vu” series to celebrate the past 25 years and move on to the next!

Eve opened the Gallery on October 20th, 1987 (black Friday, no less!), and hasn't looked back... until now. 25 years later, Eve is celebrating the passage of time with "Déjà Vu" - her brand new series  that looks back at some of her most amazing pieces, but with a new twist. See if you can recognize the connections between her beautiful new pieces and her timeless treasures from past years.

The festivities will include:
• Ribbon cutting at 1:00 p.m. by Evanston Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl to commemorate 25 great years
• Live Music Institute of Chicago performances throughout the afternoon
• Delectable treats and whimsical drinks
• More Fun Surprises!
