Zuke’s, Official Dog Treat Sponsor of the 2012 American Humane Association Hero Dogs Awards

The awards were created by the American Humane Association (http://www.americanhumane.org/) to recognize ordinary dogs doing extraordinary things by giving them red carpet treatment at an award ceremony in Hollywood on Oct. 6.

Broadcasted on the nationwide Hallmark Channel network, the black-tie gala event features the top eight category finalists from the nationally voted competition early this year. The dazzling evening filled with movie stars, video tributes and entertainment will ultimately lead to the announcement of the 2012 Hero Dog Award winners.
