October Is Domestic Violence Awareness Month

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 2, 2012 - October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and purple ribbons are a reminder of not only the victims, but also the services that are available to help.
During Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we remember those who fought this battle and continue to lead the campaign for all DV victims.  Beginning October 1st, pin a purple ribbon on your collar, create an arm band for your wrist or tie a purple ribbon around your tree.  

Help bring awareness to this issue by wearing a purple ribbon throughout October and telling people why you are wearing it.
