First Class Concepts’ Films of the Month

October is upon us and there are some fantastic films out. First Class Concepts specialises in direct sales for the entertainment industry and we've picked out our films of the month and there’s something for everyone here.

Oct. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Hotel Transylvania

This isn’t due to be released in the UK until 12th of October but it’s topping the US box office at the moment. Dracula (voiced by Adam Sandler) is the owner of Hotel Transylvania, a five-star resort where monsters can relax safe from humans. Dracula’s daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez) prefers to explore the human world and when a human, Jonathan, accidentally ends up at the hotel Dracula has to do all he can to keep Mavis away from him. The cast is all-star with Kevin James, Cee Lo Green, Steve Buscemi and David Spade voicing just some of the monster friends.

First Class Concepts review: From the look of the US audiences this has been appreciated by adults and children alike. Perfect timing for Halloween and it looks like this one will keep parents and children laughing from beginning to end. We’re looking forward to it.

Looper

First Class Concepts was drawn into this film when it was described as this decade’s The Matrix. We were initially wary that it wouldn’t live up to all the hype. It’s pretty difficult to give a plot synopsis without giving too much away. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a looper, a present day assassin paid to kill people sent back from the future. However when faced with killing his future self (Bruce Willis) things become a lot more difficult. Also starring Emily Blunt this film is absolutely brilliant. The ending is satisfyingly ambiguous, half of First Class Concepts came to one conclusion and the other half to another!

First Class Concepts' Opinion: Drop everything and get down to the cinema NOW!

The House at the End of the Street

Now if October is the month that you prepare yourself for that one terrifying film of the year then this is probably the one to see. The House at the End of the Street tells the story of Sarah (Elisabeth Shue) and her daughter Elissa (Jennifer Lawrence) who move into the home of their dreams only to  find out that a murder took place next door and the only survivor, Ryan (Max Theriot), is still living there. Elissa befriends the reclusive Ryan and finds that the nightmare still lives on.

First Class Concepts Review: The film might not be the most original horror movie out there but if jumps are what you’re in the market for then this is your film. There is a pretty good twist at the end which makes up for the predictability of some of the rest of the film. Good film for this time of year!

Let us know which is your favourite or any recommendations that you have. We'd love to hear your opinions.
