Beach Realty Group is celebrating the close of our first year of operation!

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 1, 2012 - Looking back to October 2011, founders and co-owners Darren Woodard and Jeff Casterline stepped out of the corporate arena of national brands in Myrtle Beach Real Estate. The two experienced Realtors needed to find a niche for themselves, where their success in the industry and their extensive knowledge of web based lead generation could thrive. Both Jeff and Darren had successful careers under their belts, as well as a dominating web presence as individual Myrtle Beach Realtors, yet needed a place where they could keep more of the money they worked so hard to earn. Out of that need, and with their families in full support behind them, Beach Realty Group was born!

Opening the Beach Realty Group doors on October 1, 2011, Darren and Jeff were joined by other seasoned professionals, Juliann DeForrest and Misty Greenway, along with Rookie of the Year Devon Woodard, and Marketing Specialist and Realtor Lisa Broussard. Soon to join the Group were the All Star Team of Danny Baxley and Sharon Garrell, and the real estate office management extraordinaire Michele Chalk. Throughout this year, BRG has become home to a growing team of talented and successful team members, including Annie Morse, Karen Shier, Jonathan Talbot, Chanda Arroz, Gina Herron, and most recently Matt Harper.

A group of outstanding people make up this firm, each with strong backgrounds, experience, and knowledge of their profession. The skills of each individual have contributed to this successful first year at Beach Realty Group. We are grateful for the opportunities to work for our many clients, as well as for all the business relationships we have forged and fostered this year.  We continue to be in the forefront of web based marketing strategies in our area, and look forward to a continued relationship with a fantastic website provider, Reel Geeks. Our recent collaboration with them will certainly further increase our quality lead generation for our agents. We continue to grow as a company, and are currently expanding into Myrtle Beach Property Management.
