Strategic Planning: 1% Vision and 99% Alignment with Patrick Good

Oct. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- Harnessing the vision for your business to put it into action can be as simple – and effective – as a one-page strategic plan.

Attend a workshop, “Strategic Planning: 1% Vision and 99% Alignment,” on Wednesday, October 17, 8:30 a.m. to noon, at BGSU at Levis Commons.

Learn about strategic planning from Patrick Good, a business consultant with a 25-year background in quality, sales and operations.

“We’ll cover the why and how of developing a strategic plan that charts a long-term vision with a short-term focus to align your company, your team and culture,” Mr. Good explained.

The workshop teaches practical tools such as the methodology of the one-page strategic plan, beginning the planning process within a coaching environment, and utilizing the three planning horizons of 3 to 5 years, 1 year and the next quarter.

Mr. Good is the owner of PAG Associates, a corporation with five business units, including AdviCoach of NW Ohio.

•   Networking from 8:30 to 9 a.m., followed by the program from 9 a.m. to noon.
•   Certificates awarded for satisfactory completion of a workshop.
•   Fee: just $99 per session.  

The series take place at BGSU at Levis Commons, 1655 North Wilkinson Way, in the Town Center at Levis Commons on State Route 25, Perrysburg. Our facility features state-of-the-art conference rooms in a professional setting with free, convenient parking.
