Law Society accredited members have to meet strict criteria and undergo reaccreditation every five years to ensure the highest level of skills and experience are maintained.
Advanced status signifies that the member is an expert in a given area of family law and that they have an excellent grasp of the law in general, essential when dealing with related property or financial matters.
Don, who has been practising law for over 30 years, is also a member of the Law Society Family Mediation panel and is a qualified mediator and a member of Resolution.
