FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 1, 2012 - India’s leading Industrial RO Plant manufacturer, Bionics Advanced Filtration Systems P Ltd. introduces Saphire Series Reverse Osmosis system. Water and waste water treatment for industrial and commercial uses are always top priority in terms of product quality and environment safety. In today’s scenario, government has taken so many steps in reducing ill effects of water contamination, this leads demand of quality water treatment solutions and Bionics Advanced Filtration Systems provides a series of industrial water purifiers, which complies with both Indian and International water quality standards.

Before knowing more about its new series of industrial ro systems, let’s take a tour of Bionics’s capabilities that make it stand out from the crowd:

Technology: When comes to choose a reverse osmosis system for industrial and commercial applications, manufacturing technology always considered the major factor and Bionics employs latest technology from designing to manufacturing and installation. The production is cGMP and GAMP compliance.

Engineering Team: All the engineers and technicians are having years of experience in water technology and possess sound understanding of water quality standards required in different industrial and commercial applications. It is only team in India, which is available for site visit anywhere in Indian sub quotient and even overseas. This makes our clients more comfortable to discuss their needs in a more precise way.

Export: Not limited to Indian clients, Bionics offers its services to clients from overseas market including UAE, Indonesia, Russia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Egypt, Nigeria etc.

In order to serve wide sectors of industries throughout India and Middle East, Bionics has designed its new series of Industrial Reverse Osmosis system to be able to customize up to 15000 LPH (Liter Per Hour) to meet individual requirements.

This new series of Industrial RO Systems by Bionics is the result of extensive analyses of user experience and detailed study of variety of applications where pure water is required. These systems are already running successfully in textile mills, sugar mills and beverage factories. These industrial reverse osmosis systems are supplied with a restructured Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) as an option but suggest in order bringing out optimum performance of the system.

This Bionics® Industrial Reverse Osmosis System can be customized from 1000, 2000, 5000 to 15000 LPH. These RO systems work by using pressure to force a solution through a membrane, retaining the solute on one side and allowing the pure solvent to pass the other side. It works by forcing the water through a membrane, which lets clean water through but stops salts, viruses and microorganisms at the gate. This is the reverse of the normal osmosis process, which is the natural movement of solvent from an area of low solute concentration, through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration when no external pressure is applied. The biggest advantage is membrane technology that gives our customers very clean water 100% of the time and you can turn it on and off.
