Staged at the Old Royal Naval College’s Painted Hall in March 2012, the event drew together 36 venues across the UK including treasure houses, sporting venues and the nation's major racecourses, as well as LVP’s preferred suppliers of events services, to an audience of more than 150 corporate meetings and events buyers and agencies.
Judges referred to ‘The Unusual Made Easy Showcase’ event as a very clever initiative with a cunning use of budget and very pleasing results. They also applauded the event for the savvy use of partners and contra deal arrangements.
