Samsung Electronics Levant Honors The Jordanian National Team Goal Keeper

Sept. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Samsung Electronics Levant represented by its president Bumsuk Hong honored Amer Shafi the goal keeper of the Jordanian national team by granting him the title of “Man of the Match” in the game of the Asian qualifiers for the 2014 world cup finals in which the national team of Jordan won over Australia for the score of 2-1.
Mr. Hong commented by saying: “As we at Samsung Electronics Levant, recognize the players for their hard work to reach the world cup finals in Brazil and as our role as official partners of the Asian football, we are here to honor the outstanding performance of the Jordanian national team goal keeper Amer Shafi for his significant role in the game, that not only entertained us but also helped bring them to this stage”.
Samsung Electronics Co. has launched marketing campaigns to communicate with Asian football fans during the league finals of the Asia Cup for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. It is the first competition sponsored by Samsung’s extended partnership with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the organizing body of Asian football.
Through the new sponsorship period, Samsung will be the sponsor of the main matches including the Asian qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup and Asian Cup for the ages under 22 years.
Samsung Electronics has extended their partnership with the Asian Football (AFC) for another four years, starting from June 2012 until the end of the year 2016, making it twelve consecutive years between Samsung and Asian Football, where it all began since 2005, as an official partner for mobile phones and semiconductor sector..
