Luxury Wedding Special-Planning A to Z
For our busy professional couples who loves being spoiled and stress-free! We created this package so all you would have to do is show up and get married! From the venue selection to the flowers to the food. Everything will be taken care of for you!

Full Service Luxury Planning 12-18 Months out-For our luxurious brides who wants their wedding planning process to be fun an relaxed. In addition to the services below, our brides and 3 of her closet friends, will enjoy a full day of pampering, complimentary of Rare Occasions, Inc. and our hand picked vendors:

Details Made Simple
Month of Coordination 3-4 months prior

If you have most to all of your planning done, but feel like you are missing something? We'll go over the details with you and make sure you are on track. We will run errands and handle last-minute details, all up to the day of your wedding! P.B.A. is available at 25% off. 5 in-person meetings, unlimited phone and email/Skype consultations, personal concierge services, confirm vendors, 3 site visits, timeline, manage guest list/seating chart, 10 hours of on-site management, rehearsal coordination/dinner is included. 1 coordinator and 1 assistants.

Wedding Day Coordination
4-6wks prior

We'll confirm all your vendors, guests, manage decor set-up, vendors, guests and break down. Handle last minute errands (dress/tux pick-up) includes 8-10 hours of coordination, 1 coordinator and 1 assistant.

Wedding Guidance "The Plan" 
Consultation and Assistance Sessions 

We'll create the perfect wedding plan for you to follow! Perfect for brides who like to stay hands on and in control.  We can sit with you and direct you during your wedding planning! We'll connect you to awesome vendors we love and trust! If you are indecisive on whether to have a buffet or sit down dinner. Or which flowers to choose, we'll be your brainstorming partner!  Available in person, through Skype, e-mail, instant chat, and/or phone $350/4hrs, Additional hours available at $75 per hour.

Design & Style Consultations
In need of a great look for your ceremony and reception? We'll consult with you on colors, theme/concept, decor, materials and more. Two hours of comprehensive designing to make your wedding spectacular! We will even create mock table settings for your review. $300 for 4 hours consultation, plus cost of materials for table mock ups.
