Thanksgiving Dinner at Pacific’s Edge will feature a fabulous four-course meal with a selection of dishes created by Executive Chef Matt Bolton, highlighting his signature, inventive California Coastal cuisine. The dinner will also feature dessert creations from Pastry Chef Gina Scalla. The spectacular panoramic views offered at Pacific’s Edge afford an incredible view, making this year’s Thanksgiving Dinner celebration incredibly special. In addition, there will be live music from 6pm- 9pm in Lobos Lounge with Joe Indence playing piano.
