Established in 2007 Founder and President Erik Waelchli brings his knowledge and experience from a career that has been dedicated to engineering, factory automation, machine-tool manufacturing, tool & die manufacturing, and automotive wheel manufacturing technologies.
IBD Connection has worked with European Metal processing and Metal forming companies to develop their business opportunity in North America. In addition North American companies have worked with IBD Connection to build and grow their business domestically or to expand into the European market. Over the last two years IBD Connection has been very active in Asia - namely China. Many of their engagements there are project management support. They also have local client-companies in the Midwest, for whom they provide technical and management advisory support.
