Bradlee Dean: Are Modern Conservatives Soft-Pedaling the Message?

Clearly the Democrats won’t be the ones to do the job — but can our modern conservatives? According to Bradlee Dean, talk show host, preacher, and heavy metal drummer, the answer is no.

Dean believes that today’s conservatives are all about talk and debate…. to a fault. Opinions are great, but when there is no action, the movement fails. The attention given to serious issues such as Obamacare or illegal immigration is minimal. Dean makes his argument in his recent column on World Net Daily, “Modern Conservatives: Spineless Capitulators (http://www.wnd.com/2012/07/modern-conservatives-spineless...)” that conservatives are too lenient in agreeing with Obama’s policies, and eventually are heading in the same direction as the liberals. If the conservatives complain about the left-wing party, but don’t act in opposition to it, there can be no ground gained.

Dean says,

"Can you hear the trotting of the modern conservatives coming to the rescue to save We the People? Or so you thought … Instead, here comes the modern-day conservative, through the media, to put the American people back to sleep by debating away the pith and marrow of the Constitution of the United States…."
