ZINO Society Awards Over $150,000 in Angel Investments at the Seventh Annual ZINO Zillionaire

Sept. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- ZINO Society Awards Over $150,000 in Angel Investments at the Seventh Annual ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum!

Local companies, dBMEDx and REDpoint International, received $50,000 in funding upon their selection as the 2012 ZINO Annual Angel Fund Allocation Winners for ZINO Life Investment Forum.  Six companies are now vying for the $100,000 ZINO Zillionaire Investment Fund allocation.  Of the 21 ZZIF presenting companies, two will be chosen as fund winners by ZINO’s Annual Angel Investment Fund investors!

2012 ZINO Life Fund Allocation WINNER Ron Merryman of REDpoint International:

2012 ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum Fund Finalists
At the conclusion of the seventh annual ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum, six finalists were selected from 21 presenting entrepreneurs representing clean technology, life sciences, consumer products, and other business sectors.  The finalists include:

•   Mike Layton of Hydrovolts
•   Ryan Luce of Corengi
•   Vincent Bryan III of Whoosh Innovations
•   Mhairi Voelsgen of BroVo Spirits
•   Ron Merryman of REDpoint International

All 21 companies are eligible for angel funding by individual ZINO Society member accredited investors; two of these six finalists will receive the $100,000 Angel Fund Allocation following due diligence. The winners will be announced at an upcoming ZINO Society event.

The ZINO Zenith People’s Choice Award and Judges’ Award for Best Investment Opportunity was awarded to REDpoint International.  The ZINO Zenith People’s Choice Award for Best Presenter was awarded to Monika Kinsman of Thrive.
