The theme of the conference this year is “Knowledge, Networking, Technology” focusing on how the latest innovations in the SAP world can help organisations improve their business efficiency. This year’s conference begins on Sunday 18th November with a full programme of interactive workshops – a new addition to this year’s conference. Here, delegates will be able to exchange experiences and pose questions to SAP and industry experts on a variety of IT topics. This will be followed by a networking reception, with further opportunities for delegates to meet the exhibitors and their industry peers. As in previous years, SAP will be fully supporting the conference, with its recently re-appointed UK & Ireland MD Tim Noble speaking at the event. The UK & Ireland SAP User Group is also delighted to welcome back Constellation Research’s Ray Wang as a keynote speaker.
There will also be over 70 sessions on offer and numerous breakout sessions, which cover a number of areas, including Payroll, HR, BusinessObjects and Business Transformation, all aimed at helping users best utilise their SAP investments. For the very first time, the 2012 user conference will feature the opportunity for delegates to participate in a free 80 minute MBA, usually costing £250. This will give participants access to the latest business thinking and insights, which they can then apply to their own organisations.
“SAP’s product offering continues to evolve, particularly in the areas of cloud and mobile, and this year’s conference will provide users with the latest product information and user insight. A big theme at this year’s event is how to drive added value from your SAP implementation. The conference continues to give SAP users an interactive environment to learn from each other and find new ways to maximise the value they get from SAP. This year’s programme promises to be the best yet,” commented Craig Dale, CEO, UK & Ireland SAP User Group.
The conference is open to all SAP customers with discounted rates for member organisations. For more information go to: http://www.sapusers.org/
