You will be working directly with the global consumer portfolio manager and have sole responsibility for the Consumers sector.

Responsibilities
„o Originate, research and manage long and short equity positions in the consumer and retail space.
„o Prepare investment memoranda where appropriate and present to senior leadership.
„o Conduct in-depth fundamental research and financial modeling to identify equities that generate above average returns by using long/short strategies.
„o Visit with company management, attend conferences, and travel to conduct primary research and channel checks.
„o Initiate and manage investments and trades in the portfolios.
„o Pitch stock ideas to a team of portfolio managers in the consumer sectors.
In order to apply you must have:-
Experience working as an analyst in a long/short fund
Consumer focussed experience
Excellent academic background
Solid modeling skills
Consumers sector market experience.
