PRLog - Sep. 27, 2012 - SPRING HILL, Tenn. -- For over 20 years, Laszlo Ansel was in a self-imposed prison. His view of the outside world was rather bleak. In his mind, the world was a place where he just didn’t belong.
For years, friends and family tried desperately to help him overcome his seclusion but nothing they could say or do could change his mind. When all these attempts failed, Ansel was abandoned and left completely alone.
As time went on, Laszlo began to write poetry and eventually put his words to music. Ansel said “The songs became my therapist.”
When the healing process took hold Laszlo realized that it was time to step out into the world to share his music. “Here I am, close to 60 years old and putting out my first record,” Laszlo stated “My music isn’t going to hit the charts and that’s OK . . . they’re simple songs that come from my heart, I just hope that they can bring comfort and peace to the people who want to listen.”
The title cut ‘Time Has Drifted’ chronicles the death of Ansel’s brother who passed away just months after they united from being estranged for twenty years. ‘Time Has Drifted’ was written from a unique perspective giving the listener a peek into the mind of Laszlo Ansel.
