Held in Pyrmont Bay Park by the beautiful Sydney Harbour, the BBQ event will pair a handful of Sydney’s top celebrity chefs with locally grown produce available from the Pyrmont Growers’ Market – all coming together on the BBQ to produce a selection of authentic chargrilled meals. Attendees can also look forward to learning some of the chefs’ secret grilling tips.

Braised and Barbecued Lamb Belly with Cucumber, Shiitake Pickle and Korean Hot Bean Sauce by Chef Phil Wood (Rockpool)
